If she's wearing a nice dress or black slacks/skirt and a white blouse, she just finished working at Cloud Nine. Always in good condition, very rarely frayed or stained. Someone very used to business settings and putting on a good impression, but also ready for action at a moment's notice. Examples: Onetwo (also a good reference for her hair. Left wing was broken at the base and as a result, can't extend as far as it normally can and is tilted down slightly. With people she doesn't know, she likes to keep her distance, but is more touchy-feely with friends (hugs, touching their arm). Smiles all the damn time, often as an emotional mask, the kind of person who tells people she's fine and hides everything when she's really not.
